PT Inovasi Solusi Nusantara (“SpeedID”, “We”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of users’ personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when using the SpeedID application.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of data to support application functionality:

  • Precise location (used for location-based services such as ticket booking and reports)

  • Photos or images uploaded by the user through the application
• d. Face Data (Biometric Data)
  • Used for user identity verification

Face Data Retention (Face Recognition)

The front-facing facial photo collected through the Face Recognition feature is securely stored on SpeedID servers solely for identity verification and account security purposes.

• Face data is stored while the user account remains active. If the account shows no login or application usage activity, face data will be retained for a maximum period of 7 days from the time the account is considered inactive, and may be deleted earlier in accordance with SpeedID's internal data management and security policy.
• This specific retention period is determined to ensure consistent identity verification, maintain account security, and prevent account misuse, while avoiding indefinite data storage.
• Face data will be permanently deleted when any of the following conditions occur:
  • The user deletes their account via the Delete Account feature; or
  • The user account shows no login or application usage activity for more than 7 consecutive days.
• Face data is not used for advertising, analytics, or tracking, and is not sold or shared with third parties.

The determination of account inactivity is based on SpeedID's internal data management policy. Account deactivation is not currently performed automatically; however, face data retention remains strictly limited to the defined period.

Accordingly, face data is not retained indefinitely and is stored only for the limited period necessary to fulfill identity verification and account security purposes.

SpeedID does not store facial biometric templates for any purposes other than those explicitly described in this Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Data

3. Data Storage & Retention

• Personal data is stored while the user account remains active.
• Face data is securely stored while the account remains active and is subject to the face data retention terms described in the Face Data Retention section.
• All personal data, including face data, is permanently deleted when the user deletes their account.

We do not sell users’ personal data.

• When required by law or regulation
• When required to provide core application services with authorized partners

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
